  Well, what I appreciate most is ...there's always a "person" at the other end of the line. I haven't reached a call center in Duluth, there's someone there that's actually familiar with me and my policies. I know people say, "I just call in on th e800 number, they pull me up on a computer, they don't have to KNOW me, it's all the same service, not matter what." I'd have to say that's bunch of baloney, I'll stick with John Rogers, thanks.

  I love that when I call you, a person talks to me, usually Kari. And she always sounds as though I am not a problem. Our automated ways of getting information from medical, business, tech support, etc., so often creates an atmosphere of frustration, and not getting the information to help that we need. You do it right as far as customer service, and letting your customers know that we're valued, and someone actually wants to help us. I think Gurry and Rogers is great.

  Brian approached us two years ago wanting to earn our business. At the time we had just renewed our policy with out previous insurance company. Brian said he would follow up the following year to see if he could help us. Brian indeed did follow up with us and I am very happy that he did. Not only did he give us multiple quotes for our business, but almost all of them saved us money on our policy. Brian guided us on what was the proper amounts to insure for and guided us through the whole process. Since signing up with Gurry & Rogers Insurance, Brian checks in on us periodically to make sure everything is going well with the policy. Very happy to have experienced this form of customer service.
